The Highwaymen join Premier
2 August 2011
The Highwaymen is a dynamic drum corps that makes an impact wherever they perform. The group consists of a bass line and a snare line made up of professional marching drummers that are regarded as the best in their field. The group found wide-spread support through their performance on the TV show Britain’s Got Talent and are active with many projects over the coming months including a touring stage production, alongside their regular professional appearances.
You can catch the Highwaymen in Glasgow during the run up to the World Pipe Band Championships, where they will be performing their energetic and fast paced set that includes virtuoso drumming skills, stick juggling, back sticking and visual tricks, coupled with outrageous drill manoeuvres and creative choreography. On the day of the championships members of The Highwaymen will be appearing at the Premier stand, and throughout August will also be performing at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in the Corps of Drums of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Band.
The Highwaymen choose Premier Revolution Series marching drums in Ebony Black Lacquer.
